Marcus Minton

Marcus is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Regiment, LLC. Prior to Regiment, Marcus worked at Donovan Ventures, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market growth equity investments. At Donovan Ventures, Mr. Minton was responsible for deal execution across the energy service and technology sectors. He worked closely with portfolio company management teams on capital raises, capital allocation, and served as CFO for multiple portfolio companies. Marcus began his career at Lewis Energy Group as an Operations Engineer overseeing the company’s service assets.

Mr. Minton graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and received a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University. In his free time, Mr. Minton enjoys skiing, golfing, and mentoring at energy and technology accelerators.
