Pumpdown Supervisor
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Supervises the crew on location and prepares equipment to perform job
  • Works as part of crew on job site
  • Coordinates the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job
  • Enforces safety in accordance within (OSHA) guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinates equipment and personnel in the field as necessary for the safe and effective completion of job
  • Generates daily work tickets
  • Promotes and maintains professional relationships with current customers and develops relationships with potential new customers
  • Troubleshoots issues and consults with others in developing solutions
  • May be required to work outside of normal work schedule to meet customer needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years Fracturing/ Stimulation experience in service company or oilfield operating company.
  • Valid Commercial Operator’s license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to comply with DOT Regulations and Health Requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
  • Must have a telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call

Pumpdown Operator
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Regiment.
  • Responsible for maintaining equipment, and accurate DOT logs.
  • Maintain satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location.
  • Ability to verbally communicate and understand details and directions.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Must be willing to obtain knowledge of pumping standards.
  • Ability to proficiently operate Frac Pump.
  • Ability to maintain condition of treating iron.
  • Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Place Instructions.
  • Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

 

Education and Experience
