Lucas is currently the VP of Operations of Regiment, LLC. Prior to Regiment, Lucas managed a private OFS company with five divisions, 109 employees, and enterprise value of $21M. Mr. Moyer was responsible for maximizing utilization of assets, sourcing and procuring assets from overseas, creating and implementing KPIs for the management team, and establishing process maps and SOP’s for field operations. Mr. Moyer served as VP of Development and Marketing for a private E&P company negotiating marketing contracts with midstream companies and producer services for gas/NGL transportation. He also scaled their acreage footprint through non-process A&D transactions in the Northeast to raise private capital. Mr. Moyer has consulted for major top tier operators including Antero, Exxon, Endeavor, and Pioneer to supervise completions for over 3,000 wells including the Marcellus, Utica, Permian, and Delaware Basins. Mr. Moyer has been in the Oil and Gas industry for 13 years and started his career with Halliburton specializing in open hole, cased hole, and horizontal completions.

Mr. Moyer graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and a Minor in Economics. In his free time, Mr. Moyer enjoys golfing, hunting, BBQ competitions, and spending time with his family.
