Luke Reed is the CEO of Quantum Valve and Oilfield Solutions. He started Quantum with the belief that there was a bridge to gap between operators and service companies. Since purchasing the company in 2015, Quantum has grown to 80 employees, is operating in every major basin in the US, and is expanding into other services. The growth and success of Quantum can be directly tied to his commitment to building and maintaining relationships, growing a community, providing a foundation for success, and creating a culture of support. These are the values that Luke prioritizes in the life and growth of Quantum. Prior to Purchasing Quantum, Luke served as Lead Engineer at Willowbend Investments. He oversaw one hundred plus consultants and several hundred wells throughout the major US Basins. Luke started his oilfield career at Halliburton as a mentor for the cement engineer program. He played a vital role in the devolvement of cost cutting efficiency programs and the technology now used in buoyancy assisted technology. He earned a B.S. degree in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
